This site is dedicated to ANTIFA and the fight against rising fascism in the United States. I decided to publish this website in response to Trump's executive order that designates Antifa as a domestic terrorist group, which is wrong on many levels. First, Antifa isn't an organization, it's a word that is synonomous with Anti Fascism. Being anti fascist is a good thing and the sad reality in America today is that there are too many people who either don't know the history of fascism in the world, or of more concern, actually use fascist ideas to achieve their political and social agenda. Second, painting people who identify as anti fascist to be people who support domestic terrorism is simply a way to silence critics; we have a fascist president attempting to silence the people who call him out for what he is. Third, the United States has a constitution that gives every person in the nation the right to say whatever the hell they want.
From a personal perspective, I believe it is a civic responsibility to oppose -- peacefully -- any individual or group that attempts to push our county away from democracy to one of autocracy, militant nationalism, and supremacy. The only time violence is ever justified is when it is necessary to defend against violent attackers.
Everything on this site is a work in progress, and it's mostly just an outlet for myself to say whatever comes to my mind on the topic of fascism in my country.
